Company
2004 System Requirements was born, not long after PC Elite was born too, both companies during this time worked closely in many IT projects. In 2018 it was decided to join the 2 companies and in 2020 Signature IT was created. Noting that business’s Achilles heel was often the internet in Australia – (or support at least).
Signature IT opened another division Signature NET to meet the demand of frustrated internet users who could not seem to get real solutions in a timely manner.
Signature NET was developed to bring “modern communications” to what seemed like an ancient support model from the big suppliers in Australia.
Our passion for customer service has been passed down to each member of the Signature Group. Today, instead of sending text messages for support, or staying on hold for multiple hours at a time you can ring our support centre and speak to our Queensland based, Australian internet support team.
Signature NET was started with the dream of making communications between people and communities and countries simpler, doing it faster and easier than ever before.
